    Plain no-knead bread, zucchini & corn quiche w. parsley, onions and dry jack, Charentais & cucumber salad w. basil and lemon, skillet potatoes w. poblano & onions, strawberries & blueberries, and whipped cream.

    I also made some more zucchini & corn without eggs, peach and strawberry jams, grapefruit and orange mimosas, and coffee.

    Adam made vegan pancakes w. almonds and spiced peach compote and TQ & DQ brought a jar of nutella.

    I am pleased most of all with the execution of this tiny event.  I had everything mise’d last night (bread baked yesterday afternoon, crust and veg for the quiche parbaked and precooked too!), and throwing it together this morning was completely stress free.
