It feels weird to mention, because it is our steez all the time here, but most everything is organic, if not certified, it’s organic farmed, and grown in California. Except the pecans (from an organic-farmed orchard in Texas), vanilla beans and bourbon in the vanilla extract (which I made), the cocoa beans used to make the chocolate, and the bourbon in the bourbon balls (a mix of Bulleit and Jim Beam).
