    Gingersnaps, Bacon Shortbread, Bourbon Balls, Olive Oil Cornmeal Crisps, Double Chocolate Sables, Meyer Lemon Bon Bons, Oatmeal Cookies

    It feels weird to mention, because it is our steez all the time here, but most everything is organic, if not certified, it’s organic farmed, and grown in California.  Except the pecans (from an organic-farmed orchard in Texas), vanilla beans and bourbon in the vanilla extract (which I made), the cocoa beans used to make the chocolate, and the bourbon in the bourbon balls (a mix of Bulleit and Jim Beam).

    Cookie recipients, watch your mailboxen.

  12. Inspired by @TylerIsRight, here is a cake I made within my first few months of culinary school.  

    Devil’s Food cake, poured buttercream, white molding chocolate scroll and roses.  

    I fed it to people for Julie’s birthday and they actually liked it and didn’t get food poisoning.
